Q & A with the Author

Q: What prompted you to write this book?

A: This is the kind of story you would expect to happen in banana republics and failed states run by despots. It will shock people to know it happened in Canada.

Q: There are a lot of important questions that arise from news media coverage over your ordeal. Perhaps you can give some insight to your story by addressing a few here, such as why do you think the RCMP targeted you?

A: This is an exceptionally good question to ask the RCMP. But from the evidence I have gathered, there seems to be an element to the RCMP which regularly entrap and/or falsely implicate Muslims. To what end? That is another good question to ask.

Q: What do you have to say about the nature of the content discussed on your internet postings?

A: The subject matter I was discussing was about revolutions and war. It was serious and frequently graphic with horrific violence. But discussing it in order to find out where the fault lies and who is causing the strife is perfectly legal and that is what I was doing.

Q: If what you were doing is perfectly legal then why all this legal trouble?

A: Now that Her Majesty is dead, ask Chuck.

Q: The CBSA is working hard to push a story about you, alleging that at the age of 15 or 16 you were an international hash smuggler. What is that about?

A: This is a story that was always told for the purpose of entertainment only. In layman’s terms, a ‘bullshit’ story.

Q: How did this story even come about?

A: After the RCMP exhausted all their efforts to try to incriminate me and could not, they went to my friend and asked him if he knew of anything remotely criminal about me. My dear friend responded with the following, “Well, there is this bullshit story that he always tells,” and went on to tell the story. It was ended, however, with, “but he is full of shit.” My friend insisted that this story was BS, and I never said that this story was for any other purpose than entertainment. But if that is what Canada’s law enforcement agencies got to hang their hats on, then whoop-de-doo.

Q: What about the fact that Judge Harrington called you “an unmitigated liar” and further said that you had not “uttered a single truth since he entered Canada”?

A: Trumpism, referring to every refugee as a lying criminal, is alive and well and has been for a while. This judge never heard a single word directly from me. Any professional would tell you he had no business making a comment about my credibility. And he surely knows that he stepped out of line. It is worth highlighting that this is the biased talking point reporters like to keep repeating about me every few months.

Q: How do you feel about this repetition in the news cycle?

A: I am glad that the mere mention of my name provides some jobs in this country.

Q: What do you expect the reaction to your story will be?

A: From the people? I hope that it will open their eyes to injustices and hopefully bring us together rather than apart. From the Canadian authorities? I expect further unethical actions. From the media? We’ll see about that.

Q: Do you believe your story will provide the evidence to reveal the truth?

A: Indeed. By the end of book one, I will have highlighted the evidence necessary. And then book two will deal with the larger injustice I have witnessed in the immigration area.
